This guide proved invaluable. I brought it along for every adventure and it was sometimes better than the local guide for "inside information!" Our two weeks in Peru would not have been the same without it!

This was another invaluable guide which wonderfully covers Arromanches-les-Bains, Bayeux & it's famous cathedral & tapestry, the beaches of embattlement; (Utah, Gold & Omaha) the American & Canadian Cemetery, Caen for the war memorial museum, Giverny, Honfleur, Mont-St-Michel, & Rouen - all places one must visit for an informative escape to Normandy, France. Naturally, there's more - just buy the book!

Although meant to cover all of Hungary, there is tremendous focus on Budapest. As in all of the Green Guides, offered are colorful and descriptive ideas for tourists, rated from 1 to 3 stars. A good look before you go guide or bring along while you're viewing the sights. This is an excellent extra if you'd like to have along, but if you've only got the budget and luggage space for one Hungarian guide book, then Frommer's is the better of the two.

An excellent homage to the city of Budapest offering additional tips on select regions. This is the book for Budapest!
